Training responsiveness was uneven, good for some but not for all
I participated in the onboarding and training with hopes that the support team would be responsive when needed, since that’s crucial for adapting software smoothly. At times, I found the folks answering calls and emails to be prompt and helpful, walking me through queries about the database and dialer. This made the early learning curve easier to manage. However, there were occasions when getting a response took longer than expected or required multiple follow-ups, which slowed down progress, especially during testing of automatic updates and feature tweaks. I think this training setup might suit self-starters who can figure things out with minimum guidance and appreciate a structured learning approach. But for someone who prefers quick, consistent back-and-forth communication, the uneven response times may be frustrating. Overall, the balance of accessibility and occasional delay means it’s good for a certain type of learner, though not ideal for those needing constant direct support.
