Training required some patience to get through
Going through the WFHI training was quite a straightforward process in terms of following the steps, but I can't say the wording and labels always made immediate sense. The onboarding flow was consistent, and each step logically followed the one before, so it didn't require guesswork. However, some of the labels used within the training modules seemed a bit technical or too brief, which meant I had to spend additional time cross-referencing other materials or calling support for clarity. The database and dialer features were explained, but the terminology sometimes slowed me down. It wasn't difficult to proceed once I took a moment to understand, yet it did require more effort than I had anticipated. Overall, the process was manageable, but I needed some patience to get familiar with the system language and navigation. The auto updates did not disrupt training, and the invoicing and payment steps were clearly presented, allowing me to complete the setup confidently.
