Training required more figuring out than expected
The training process had its ups and downs for me. While some parts were intuitively designed and clear, like the initial setup and use of the database, I found many steps that weren't well explained, especially about using the dialer effectively. I had to spend time experimenting to understand the workflows, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the onboarding guides did cover basics fairly well and the software was stable even when I was unsure about some functions. Overall, I’m a bit uncertain if the training will cover all advanced features thoroughly or if I’ll keep needing to figure them out on my own, but it wasn’t entirely bad.
