Training required consistent effort as expected
Before starting the training, I had clear expectations about the commitment needed, and the actual process matched those expectations. The onboarding material was structured step-by-step and demanded regular attention. I dedicated a specific part of my day to understand the modules and follow the instructions carefully. While it was not overly difficult, keeping up with all aspects, especially the calling tools and database features, required concerted effort over multiple sessions. Automatic updates required occasional adjustments but did not interfere with learning. The training was neither easier nor harder than portrayed and overall, I found it accurate to what was communicated before purchase. The effort felt reasonable and in line with my initial assumptions about the process.
