Training really tested my patience but helped a lot
Looking back on the onboarding and training period, what stands out was how much I really had to figure out on my own. The initial sessions laid the groundwork but left quite a few questions unanswered about using the call dialer efficiently and managing the database effectively. It wasn’t a bad thing – it forced me to explore the software deeper and learn through trial and error, which actually built up my confidence with the tools. I was able to rely on telephonic support now and then, but the independent discovery felt like the core of the experience. In retrospect, this part was the most valuable lesson. The invoice and payment process was simple enough at first, though signing up took longer than I initially thought. After some time, I started appreciating how the automatic updates kept the system fresh, which made the ongoing workflow surprisingly smooth.
