Training pros and cons after some use

Upon reflecting after several weeks, I can say the initial training from WFHI was okay but left room for improvement. The onboarding felt quite heavy with lots of information given upfront, most of which was one-off setup tasks that felt overwhelming. I appreciated how the support team was available when ongoing questions arose, showing that continuous help is a strong suit. However, many reminders about updates and scheduled trainings were repetitive and didn’t add much new value once past the first week. The billing and invoicing parts felt clearer after the first encounters but required proper attention at the start. I think a more balanced approach between one-time setup and continuous coaching would make the process easier for users like me in the future. Overall, good intentions but mixed execution in training and onboarding.
