Training process needs improvement for error handling
Honestly, I'd think twice about going through the onboarding with WorkFromHomeIndia again. The training should be more adaptive to issues that arise. Though I appreciated the initial instruction, once I encountered problems, it became frustrating. You gave me a set pathway, but when I hit snags, I felt lost. There was a major lack of backup strategies for dealing with errors, and it seemed like I was expected to figure things out without proper guidance. While I can understand that some troubleshooting might be my responsibility, the training didn’t provide me with adequate tools to manage when things didn't work. This makes me question whether the program is truly supportive for new users. If you seriously want to ensure success for your trainees, I think more focus needs to be placed on real-world scenarios and how to tackle them. That said, I wouldn’t say it was completely useless, just needful of serious improvements.
