Training outcome vs expectations: a hesitant confidence
When I started the onboarding and training sessions, I expected a lot more along the way to make me feel confident about using the software smoothly. The trainers covered the essentials well, and by the end, I could navigate the dashboard and use the calling tools with more ease than I anticipated. However, I still had some reservations about fully mastering the database feature on my own, since some details felt glossed over during training. The automatic updates also led to a few changes that weren’t clearly explained, causing some confusion. Overall, I feel moderately confident but not entirely ready to use the system without referring back to the materials. It was a useful experience, just not quite as thorough as I'd hoped, leaving me a little unsure about certain steps in the workflow. Would I recommend this training? Maybe, but with a heads-up about needing some additional self-study.
