Training order surprised me a bit

The training and onboarding steps with WFHI were mostly organized, but I found the order of some steps a little surprising. For example, getting introduced to the calling tools came before the database setup, which made managing contacts a bit confusing initially. I think it would have been more effective if that sequence was reversed so that understanding the database first could help make the dialer usage easier. That said, the training itself was thorough and covered important details, including how automatic updates work and navigating the invoicing system. Support was accessible when I had questions, which meant I could clarify small uncertainties right away. My only reservation was really about how the flow might be made more intuitive, but overall, the process prepared me adequately to use the software.
