Training order made sense, but honestly it felt a bit dragged out sometimes
So here’s the thing about the training and onboarding steps at WFHI: they mostly made sense in the order they were presented. You start with the basics like signing up, going through the software dashboard intro, then moving on to dialing tools and database usage. That sequence helps to build a foundation before tackling more complex stuff. But honestly, it felt a bit drawn out at times. I found myself wondering why some steps took so long or why I had to repeat things that seemed clear already. It wasn’t poorly structured, just more time-consuming than necessary. I guess if you’re completely new, it might feel more helpful. I’ve done remote work for a while though, so it sometimes felt like too much back and forth. The onboarding flow also included some waiting periods between sessions which added to the drag. So to sum up, I’d say it’s a fine setup that works, but if I was explaining this to a friend, I’d warn them it’s not the fastest onboarding process you’ll ever do.
