Training only good for the initial part

I was somewhat disappointed by the training because it did not fully meet my expectations. The first few modules were clear and somewhat engaging, which I appreciated, but as it progressed, I found the material quite repetitive and not very practical. It was difficult to keep my interest after the initial enthusiasm. The onboarding flow promised more interactive content, but that was missing for the most part. The only part I can say stood out positively was how the initial explanation of the software features was straightforward and easy to follow. Unfortunately, the rest of the sessions didn’t maintain that level of clarity or usefulness. I wish there had been more hands-on examples or case studies to help apply the learning effectively.
