Training onboarding unexpectedly smooth without too much wait
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the onboarding and training process was. Usually with such software, I expect to encounter quite a bit of repetitive explanations or long waiting periods between modules, but that wasn’t the case here. The training was thorough without being drawn out, and the materials were clear and easy to understand. I appreciated that the automatic updates during the training phases integrated seamlessly, so I never felt left behind. Although the setup required a bit of adjustment on my part to get used to the dialer and database features, the training helped me get familiar with these quickly. What I didn’t expect was how consistent the telephonic support was throughout, offering helpful insights without overwhelming me. Overall, the onboarding felt well-paced, which made adopting the software much easier than I had anticipated. If there was any delay, it was only minor and usually just waiting for automatic updates to apply, but that was to be expected given the complexity.
