Training onboarding: mixed ease
Finding what I needed in the training and onboarding was genuinely a mixed experience. On one side, the guided modules made it straightforward to access basic information about the software functions and the initial setup steps were quite intuitive. I appreciated that the onboarding flow took me step-by-step through setting up my profile and connecting to the calling tools. However, I did face some struggle locating more detailed explanations on using the database feature effectively — that part felt a bit hidden and required multiple clicks before it became clear. The automatic updates section was not immediately obvious, which delayed my getting the latest info on new features. Overall, while some parts of the onboarding process were helpful and clearly structured, others demanded a bit more digging and patience from my side. This gave me a fairly even sense of ease versus minor frustration throughout the learning curve, so I would say the experience was mixed but somewhat manageable.
