Training & onboarding—It took quite a while to get started
Going through WFHI’s training and onboarding was honestly a bit of a grind. It wasn’t that the training was bad—it was fairly thorough, covering everything from the dialer to database features. But it did take a good chunk of time before I could really say I was comfortable with the software. I spent several sessions figuring out the automatic updates and syncing everything properly. Maybe this is normal for complex remote workflow tools, but I was hoping to get up and running a bit faster. Still, once past that initial phase, the telephonic support helped me iron out remaining kinks quickly, so I didn’t have to struggle alone. The billing and invoicing systems were pretty straightforward once I figured them out too. All in all, it took effort, a fair amount of patience, and some repetitive learning, but I got there eventually.
