Training onboarding: good steps but not very logical

I was pretty eager to get started with the WFHI training and onboarding, but honestly, the order of the steps felt a bit off. The initial sign-up was easy enough, and I liked the quick overview they provided at first. However, once I started the training modules, it seemed like they jumped around a lot between topics without much clear structure. For example, I had to do advanced calling module before even finishing the basics of the database tool, which felt confusing. On the positive side, some of the training videos were really helpful and the material was well explained. The onboarding support was available when I reached out, so I appreciated that. Still, this scramble in the training sequence made it harder to keep my motivation high early on. I think if the steps followed a more logical path, it would have made the whole process more enjoyable and effective. That said, I did get some useful ideas that will help me with remote workflows once I figure out the software better. I just wish the training flow matched the natural way of doing things. So overall, there were both good things and things that could definitely be better in the onboarding experience.
