Training onboard ka step bilkul sahi tha
Training aur onboarding process mein mujhe jo laga woh ye tha ki sab steps ka sequence logical tha, matlab pehle basic introduction diya, phir software ka setup karwaya, uske baad calling tools ka practice karwayi. Har ek step ke baad thoda sa time diya gaya takki main uss phase mein comfortable ho sakun. Lekin ek chhoti si problem ye thi ki kuch steps mein thoda zyada clarification dena chahiye tha, jise main thoda confuse hua tha. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki onboarding ka flow bilkul samajhne layak tha aur main easily software ke main features ko samajh paaya. Training sessions ke dauran, kuch baar aisa laga ki repetition ho raha hai, par usse mujhe basics pe pakad majboot hui. Mujhe yahan ka self-guided training option bhi acha laga, jahan main apni speed se seekhne me saksham tha. Jo documentation thi woh bhi detailed thi par kabhi kabhi thodi technical lagti thi, jise beginner thoda slow samajh paayega. Phir bhi puri training main mujhe acha laga aur main confident hoon ki main software ko efficiently use kar sakta hoon. Agar onboarding slightly aur visual hoti, toh shayad aur zyada helpful hota. Yeh overall experience positive tha, bas thodi si chhoti improvements mil sakti hain.
