Training onbaording tha bahut time-consuming and frustrating
My overall experience with the training and onboarding process was really disappointing because it took way longer than I expected to even begin using the software effectively. Mujhe lag raha tha ki main jaldi se software samajh jaunga, par actually it was a struggle getting through the initial setup. The training materials were a bit confusing and repetitive which made mera frustration badh gaya. Communication even from telephonic support did not clear my doubts fully. Main expect kar raha tha ki after training main ready hounga, but main still confused tha when main daily tasks ke liye software use karna start kiya. The automatic updates bhi kabhi kabhi naye issues laa dete hain, which added to the confusion. Mujhe lagta hai overall jo time lagna chahiye tha, usse double time gaya. Signing up aur billing process toh simple tha, par without proper onboarding, it’s of no use. In future agar software ya training improve hota hai, main dubara try kar sakta hoon, par abhi ke liye it’s a frustrating experience. I felt like I wasted a lot of time trying to catch up with the tools jo mujhe confidently use karna tha.
