Training not suited for beginners or slow learners
When I first started the onboarding and training with WFHI, I expected a clear and straightforward path, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. The explanations were often vague, jumping between tools and features without enough detail or examples. I spent a lot of time confused about how the calling tools and database worked together. Later, I realized this type of training might only suit someone who already has a fair amount of remote workflow or software experience. For those who are new to this field or prefer a step-by-step, well-structured course, it feels overwhelming and somewhat disorganized. Reflecting on it now, the lack of clear guidance meant I had to figure out much on my own, which defeated the purpose of having a formal onboarding. If you're comfortable with tech and proactive in learning independently, it might be okay, but if you want a hand-held, detailed explanation style, this probably won't suit you. The support is there, but even then, key parts were not articulated well enough, making me question how useful the initial training really was for getting started smoothly.
