Training not quite as expected, better for self-starters

I went into the training with some idea of how the onboarding would progress, mainly expecting a fully guided session that covered every aspect in detail. My experience was quite different. One particular moment stuck out when I was working through the database feature tutorials and realized that the explanations skipped over some steps I wasn’t totally clear on. Beyond that, the rest of the training felt somewhat vague and uneven, making it hard to be sure whether I was doing everything right or missing something important. For someone who has used similar software before and can fill gaps independently, this might be fine, but coming in fresh I found it frustrating. The sign-up and payment process was uncomplicated, and the software itself did not have major glitches during access. However, the training's limited depth meant I quickly reached a point where I wished for more structured support or clearer instructions. I wouldn’t recommend this onboarding flow for anyone who needs a lot of handholding or prefers very clear step-by-step guidance. On the flip side, if you’re used to figuring things out on your own and willing to explore, it could still work. So overall, the training did not meet my initial expectations but had enough to get by if you already have some tech experience.
