Training not ideal for those needing clear guidance

I found the training and onboarding experience to be quite confusing and not clearly explained, which was really frustrating for me. The instructions lacked enough detail on some key features of the software, making the setup phase overly complicated. Also, some steps seemed to assume I already knew certain remote workflow concepts, which I did not, leaving me unsure how to proceed at times. There wasn’t much support material addressing those gaps, and when I sought help, the answers didn’t clarify the core issues. Because of this, I feel the training would not suit people who are newer or prefer very explicit guidance and step-by-step processes. While I appreciate the effort made by WFHI to provide training, it did not match my learning style or needs. I might have been more comfortable with in-person or live sessions rather than self-paced materials. This experience made me hesitant to recommend their onboarding to colleagues who like a clearly structured and well-explained introduction to software. Overall, I struggled to get going smoothly due to the lack of clarity and felt the training underestimated the needs of some users like me. It’s important to consider how much prior knowledge is expected before starting to use the system, as that creates a barrier for certain people.
