Training not ideal for flexible work hours
The training and onboarding sessions WFHI provided did not align well with the hours I actually work. My schedule involves irregular shifts with some late evenings and weekends, but the live training available was scheduled mostly during standard business hours when I was often unavailable. This made it difficult to follow the sessions consistently. While the content itself was fine, the timing limited how much I could engage properly. The software’s asynchronous materials helped somewhat, but they were not as detailed or interactive as the live classes. For anyone with a regular 9-to-5 routine, the training might suit well enough. However, for those like me with nonstandard or part-time hours, the onboarding approach felt restrictive. I did manage to get through the initial setup, but mostly by self-study rather than direct instruction. In summary, the training works if your hours overlap with theirs, otherwise it might not fit your needs effectively.
