Training needed effort but had its moments
Going through the training and onboarding process felt like a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I appreciated the thoroughness because it really did cover important points like how to use the dialer and access the database tools, which I knew would be helpful later. On the other hand, there was quite a bit of repetition, and some waiting during sessions that made it feel longer than necessary. Sometimes I found myself tuning out a little during repeated explanations of features I already understood. Despite that, the automatic updates were a nice touch, as they kept the software current without needing manual input from me. The sign-up and invoicing procedures were straightforward and didn’t add any stress. Overall, the effort required was noticeable, but I can see why it’s necessary to ensure users fully grasp the system. I’m cautiously optimistic that using WFHI software will get smoother now that I’m past the initial learning curve.
