Training mostly worked but the follow-ups were key
After starting the training and onboarding with the software, I quickly got the basics but found some day-to-day use a bit uneven. The initial sessions were clear and well-structured, which helped me get comfortable with the calling tools and database features. However, as I progressed, some concepts like navigating the dialer or managing the automatic updates felt less intuitive. The daily reminders and supplementary materials helped bridge those gaps and kept me on track. I can say it did the job overall, but I did have to dedicate extra time to fully grasp the workflow nuances. The onboarding itself was smooth, but ongoing learning meant I couldn’t just switch off after the first session. It was a practical setup from start to finish, though, which made it possible to integrate tools into my routine without too much disruption. The mixed experience reflected typical challenges in mastering new software, but the training team made sure I wasn’t stuck alone.
