Training mostly one-time, but the setup feels a bit repetitive
I had been through several tools before, so I already know how onboarding usually goes. The training was mostly upfront, during my first few sessions, and it covered the basics well. Setting up the database and dialer involved one-off processes that don't need repeating, which is a relief. However, some parts of the software still require ongoing familiarization with new updates, which means I find myself re-learning certain features from time to time. It’s not a bad thing exactly, but I wouldn’t say it’s completely hands-off after the initial onboarding. To sum it up for a friend, I would say it’s mostly a one-time setup with occasional follow-ups, nothing too heavy but definitely something you have to stay engaged with.
