Training Mostly Met Expectations Except One Highlight
Before starting, I expected the training and onboarding to cover all essentials efficiently, and for the most part, it did. The sessions on using the database and calling tools matched what I was told to expect and provided clear guidance on practical workflows. The onboarding sequence was generally paced well, with useful support available when needed. The one element that stood out, however, was the complexity in the dialer setup. It was a bit more intricate than I anticipated, requiring additional steps that weren’t fully outlined ahead of time. The label names in the interface were not as intuitive as I’d hoped, making me slow down to confirm I was doing things correctly. Despite this, once past that hurdle, the remaining training was solid and consistent with my prior expectations. Overall, I would say this experience was a positive fit, though that one area in the dialer configuration contrasted slightly with what I had anticipated before starting.
