Training mostly clear, just a bit fast at times
I found the training and onboarding to be quite well organized overall. The initial videos and written instructions explained the core software functions in a way that made it easy to get started. Each step in the setup process was laid out logically, which helped me keep track of what to do next without feeling lost. However, I did sometimes wish the explanations went a bit slower or offered more examples, especially around using the calling tools and managing the database features. At points, I felt like some details were given too quickly, making me pause and replay sections to fully understand. On the whole, I’d say the clarity was good enough to get me up and running without much frustration, but a bit more pacing or added detail in the training would make it even better for people new to this kind of workflow. So I’m happy with the guidance it offered, with just a small reservation about pacing.
