Training mostly aligned but missed some real-world rhythms
The training and onboarding materials were comprehensive and covered most aspects of the software’s features thoroughly. While I appreciated the detail, I found that the scheduling of training sessions did not always fit well with the hours I actually work, which meant some sessions felt rushed or I had to catch up on my own time. It wasn’t until I was halfway through the onboarding flow that the relevance of certain modules really clicked because they matched the times when I could effectively practice using the dialer and database features. Support was accessible but follow-up was sometimes slower than expected, making some clarifications harder to get in a timely manner. Nonetheless, the training provided a solid baseline, though I wish it had been more flexible around real work-hour constraints. This would have made the whole experience smoother and more immediately applicable to my daily routine.
