Training missed my actual work hours mostly
The training was mostly scheduled during times when I was quite occupied with other commitments. I remember one session that started right at a busy moment for me, so I could only half focus and it felt rushed. Beyond that, the training content was fine but didn’t fully fit my daily work rhythm. It was hard to absorb everything because the scheduling didn’t quite accommodate when I’m actually available. A bit more flexibility around live sessions or the ability to self-pace would have helped a lot. Otherwise, the onboarding explained the basics well enough, but the timing made it feel disconnected from my real routine, which was a downside for me personally.
