Training missed fitting into my working hours

I had quite high hopes for the WFHI training and onboarding experience to match the hours I actually keep for work, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit well at all. The sessions were scheduled during times when I was either busy with other priorities or when I was least productive, and this made it tough to absorb the material properly. I tried to adjust, but the timing just felt off for how my daily routine goes. The training itself was okay; the material was relevant and covered the software’s main features like the dialer and database tools adequately. But since the onboarding hours did not sync well with my availability, I found myself falling behind and then having to rush to catch up during my own time. Despite repeated calls to support for rescheduling or alternative options, there was limited flexibility, which was frustrating. I kept circling back to the same issue of how the training did not consider varied work hours, which is crucial for remote workflows. I honestly feel like this aspect was missing from their overall approach and it impacted the whole learning curve negatively for me. Because of this mismatch, I felt the software’s potential wasn’t fully realized in my actual workflow, which is a disappointment given the overall promise it holds for remote work setups.
