training might suit self-starters but not everyone
The training and onboarding experience with WFHI had some positive points but also some drawbacks which might affect who it suits well. On the plus side, the basics of the software and calling tools were explained clearly, which helped me get started. But there was quite a lot I had to figure out by myself, especially with the database features and the sequence of steps for effective workflow management. This means if you prefer very guided, hands-on training, this might feel frustrating. However, if you are a self-starter and comfortable with some trial and error, you could find it less problematic. Support was available but sometimes responses were delayed, which wasn't ideal. Overall, I think the training is okay but would suit people who don't mind working independently to fill gaps, rather than those needing a fully structured approach. It’s important to weigh this when considering the product because your own learning style will influence how easy or frustrating it is to get everything running smoothly.
