Training might not suit those needing detailed guidance
My experience with the training and onboarding process was somewhat disappointing because it left a lot to figure out on my own. The materials provided gave a general outline but were not very detailed when it came to specific features or workflows. I reached a point where I had to experiment with the software and consult online forums just to get basic functions working properly. The onboarding lacked some structured, hands-on guidance that might better support new users. While the training modules were available, they felt somewhat repetitive and did not entirely cover all practical scenarios I encountered. The good part is that the system is logically designed, so with patience, many concepts do become clear. However, for someone who prefers step-by-step, detailed instruction especially at the start, this setup might be frustrating. The dialer and database features needed some trial and error before I could integrate them comfortably into my workflow. Automatic updates sometimes introduced minor changes without much explanation, so I had to adjust without advance notice. On the plus side, the registration and payment processes were smooth and understandable. Overall, I’d say the training and onboarding are better suited to users who enjoy self-learning and persistence rather than those needing close, clear guidance.
