Training might not be for beginners who want quick confidence
By the end of WFHI’s training and onboarding program, I was left feeling only somewhat confident using the remote workflow software, which disappointed me because I expected more clarity. The training sessions were fairly detailed and covered different aspects, but they also assumed you already had some basic comfort level with remote tools, which I didn’t. The onboarding flow presented components logically but moved quickly, so I felt a bit overwhelmed. The database feature was a positive, as it helped me organize contacts, though I wished the dialer and calling tools segments had more practical exercises. Automatic updates kept the software stable, but it didn’t add much to the overall learning curve. Telephonic support was available but wasn’t always prompt when I called for help in those early confusing stages. To me, this training suit someone with prior experience or more patience to dig deeper, but if you’re a beginner looking for quick confidence, you might find it frustrating and hard to keep pace with the modules. So I’m cautiously hopeful but wouldn’t say this suits everyone equally well.
