training might be best for those who like to go at their own pace
I found the training and onboarding process pretty much what I expected going into it. It didn’t feel rushed, which was good because there was a lot to take in, especially with the dialing tools and setting up the database. The mix of software use and explanations suited me fairly well, but I could see that if you prefer immediate answers or a very structured class environment, this wouldn’t be the best fit. The sign-up and payment steps were easy enough to follow, though I did wish the invoicing section was a little clearer at first. Telephonic support was available and helped when I needed it, but I think the training really depended on how much initiative you wanted to put in yourself, rather than expecting everything laid out in a strict sequence. So, for self-driven folks, this should work out fine, but someone who wants everything spelled out without having to stop and figure things out might find it a bit frustrating. Overall, it met my expectations but with some caveats about the style of onboarding.
