Training met expectations mostly, just a little more setup than I thought
Starting the onboarding with WFHI, I expected the bulk of setup to be a one-time thing - like configure once and then just use. The software and training definitely guided me to get things rolling without stress, which was great. But as I kept going through the workflow, there were ongoing little tweaks required every week, especially connecting the dialer with some new contacts in the database. It wasn’t a huge burden but it did mean some regular attention wasn’t avoidable. The training was clear on basics but didn’t dive much into these ongoing changes, which I only realized after starting to work. Still, I like that automatic updates kept improving things on their own, and the onboarding flow was smooth enough to feel confident in the setup. In short, it mostly met what I expected, only the idea of one-off setup versus continuous small tweaks was not fully what I thought going in.
