Training met expectations despite some navigation quirks
When I first started with WFHI’s training and onboarding, I was particularly focused on how quickly I could find what I needed. The platform’s layout is fairly practical, and most topics were easy to locate once you get the hang of it. However, the search tool wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped, making me spend extra time scrolling through modules that weren’t immediately relevant. The training content itself was clear and did the job of explaining the software features well. Also, the onboarding flow guided me through setting up my profile and dialing tools in a sensible way. Though a little cluttered at times, the combination of training videos, written instructions, and interactive sessions helped me feel prepared. It mostly matched what I expected from a paid service like this, which is why I’m satisfied but not entirely without reservation.
