Training met expectations but pacing could be better

Before starting the training, I had modest expectations about the kind of help I would receive, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The sessions were well-structured and covered important functions in depth, especially the database handling and the use of the dialer, which were quite useful for my workflow. However, I noticed that the pacing of the modules was somewhat uneven. Some parts felt rushed while others dragged a bit, which sometimes made it hard to stay fully engaged. Still, the clear explanations and practical examples helped me remain confident in applying what I learned daily. The balance between good content and pacing issues meant the experience was valuable with room for some improvement.
