Training met expectations but lacked a bit of depth
From the start, the training covered all the basics I expected, guiding me through the software dashboard, database features, and dialing tools effectively. It got me up and running reasonably fast, which was my main goal. However, some hands-on elements I was hoping for were missing, like more real-world scenarios that reflect actual remote workflows. The onboarding was practical but largely theoretical in parts, so while it did the job to get me functional, I felt it could be improved by adding exercises that simulate daily tasks. Still, it’s a solid foundation for beginners.
