Mujhe training start karte waqt ekdum se sab kuch samajh nahi aaya, lekin jo responsiveness team dikhati rahi woh bahut acchi thi. Jab bhi main kisi step mein atki, unhone jaldi se call karke clarify kiya. Onboarding flow bhi smooth tha, aur topics acche se cover kiye gaye. Matlab, woh log bas software bech kar chhod dete toh main struggle karti, lekin unki help se maine sahi tarah se dialer aur database features ko samjha. Kuch chhoti problems aayi, jaise software update ke baad naye features ka adaptation, lekin support ne patience se sikhaya. Ab bhi main unke training aur support ko yaad karti hoon aur lagta hai ki ye sab mila toh mera experience kaafi positive raha.
