Training mein response thi aur nahi thi
Mujhe joining ke baad lag raha tha ki training achhi hogi lekin response thoda slow mila. Jab main ne onboarding process start kiya, toh questions clear nahi ho paaye. Support team se baat karne ki koshish ki par kabhi kabhi reply milta tha toh kabhi delays hote hain. Training sessions theek thak chal rahe the lekin clarity bahut nahi thi. Jo software features use karne the, unka overview complete nahi hua, isliye use karte waqt dikkat ayi. Sign-up aur payment process normal tha, aur invoice bhi mila without any problem. Lekin jo sabse important training thi, usme response aur communication thoda lacking tha. Agar support aur training dono jagah se jyada proactive hote toh shayad better experience hota. Overall main kahungi ki training aur onboarding ka jo response mila woh mixed tha, jisme frustration zyada tha, isliye rating 1 dera hoon.
