Online sessions mein bhi logon ki taraf se response slow aur kabhi kabhi delay ke saath aata tha, jisse meri doubts clear nahi ho pa rahi thi. Ye jo training material tha wo thoda outdated lag raha tha aur mujhe zarurat thi step-by-step explanation ki par wo bhi proper nahi diya gaya. Call pe support lene ki koshish ki thi par ya to line busy thi ya phir connected hoke bhi waise jawab nahi milte jisse mai rahat feel karoon. Onboarding process thoda confusing tha aur isiliye mai khud se bahut saare tools explore kar rahi thi jo thakane wala tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki training team ko thoda active hona chahiye tha, specially jab naye users ko shuruat mein guidance dena hota hai. Mujhe aisa laga ki yahan main akeli reh gayi thi with my queries, koi support system effective nahi tha mujhe help karne ke liye. Overall ye experience mere liye bilkul satisfactory nahi tha aur mai recommend nahi karti.
