Training session ke dauraan dialer aur calling tools ko leke kaafi clear instructions mili thi, jo achha tha. Database feature ka overview bhi diya gaya tha, lekin jab practically use karne ki koshish ki toh thoda confusion raha. Onboarding process thoda slow laga aur mujhe laga ki jitni information chahiye thi wo sab provide nahi hui thi. Automatic updates ne kabhi kabhi naye features dale jinpar mujhe manually adjust karna pada. Mujhe lagta hai ki jab tak main training repeat nahi karti tab tak poori tarah confident nahi ho paungi. Overall, kuch cheezein sahi thi, par kuch aisi bhi thi jo thoda aur improve ho sakti thi.
