Kayi baar jab dialer ya database feature me glitches aaye, to immediate resolution nahi mila. Support team ko contact kiya par wo directly vo problem solve nahi kar paye, jo unexpected tha. Expectations thi ki technical issues ke liye zyda fast aur proactive response milega, par delays mile. Onboarding process me kuch cheezein smoothly chal rahi thi lekin ye glitches thodi messy lag rahi thi. Overall, training aur setup thik tha par jab practical issues aaye to response thoda slow raha, jo maine expect nahi kiya tha.
