Training me logically steps missing lage the

I went through the training and onboarding for the remote workflow software, and while the content was informative, the sequence of steps didn’t feel sensible. First, I had to jump into database management before I fully understood how the calling tools and dialer worked. Then later, the training tried to loop back to basics that should have ideally come at the beginning. This caused some confusion and inefficiency as I kept going back and forth between modules. The onboarding flow could have been structured more logically to build knowledge step by step, rather than scattering related topics. Also, some important aspects like how automatic updates would affect custom settings were not explained in detail upfront. The invoicing and payment process seemed straightforward, but since the training didn’t cover these smoothly in order, I had to figure out a few things by myself or via support calls. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, but better stepwise guidance during onboarding was missing, which would have streamlined my experience greatly.
