Jab maine training and onboarding try kiya, toh laga yeh software mujhe suit nahi karta. Har din kuch naya error aata tha, aur wo basic things jo training me cover hone chahiye, woh bhi clear nahi thi. Dialer aur calling tools ko chalana mushkil tha kyunki jo videos aur manuals the, woh update nahi the aur kafi jagah incomplete lage. Kabhi kabhi database sync nahi hota tha automatically, jo pura workflow ka problem ban gaya. Support bhi itna helpful nahi laga, kyunki jo bhi main issue batata tha, unka response thoda generic aur delay wala tha. Mujhe laga ki software zyada tar users ke liye nahi bana aur main shayad samajh nahi pa raha hoon, par fir bhi thoda aur clear, consistent aur responsive training ki zarurat thi. Overall disappointment ke saath, main yeh software continue karna nahi chahunga abhi.
