Training materials lacked some clarity in technical labels

I found the training and onboarding process quite helpful overall, especially since it walked me through the main features of the software at a good pace. The walkthrough videos and documentation were mostly clear, but I did notice some inconsistency in the wording used to describe tools within the calling module. For example, terms like 'dialer' and 'calling tool' seemed to be used interchangeably without explanation, which caused a bit of initial confusion about whether they referred to the same thing or separate features. The button labels and menu naming conventions inside the software could also do with a bit more explicit detail so someone new can navigate smoothly without second-guessing. Still, the onboarding steps were logically ordered, and getting access to the database and training content was mostly seamless. The telephonic support was responsive when I had questions about specific workflow features. If the naming and labeling were made more consistent and beginner-friendly in training materials, the experience would be even better. Despite this reservation, I would say I felt fairly supported in learning how the platform works and getting set up for remote workflows.
