Training materials confusing, daily usage disappointing

I found the training and onboarding process quite frustrating over the weekdays. The initial setup was okay, but once the first week started, the software’s responsiveness dropped significantly. The calling tools and dialer didn’t always connect as expected and sometimes froze during active calls. This interrupted my workflow multiple times. The daily training sessions didn’t adapt to these issues, so I felt I was left to troubleshoot on my own rather than receiving practical help. The database feature was somewhat helpful for organizing contacts, but syncing was slow and occasionally dropped data entries, which was frustrating. Automatic updates happened overnight but didn’t seem to solve recurring glitches. Support calls were long and often didn’t address the real problem. Invoicing and payment processing worked without much trouble, at least. Overall, the software didn’t really do the job I needed for consistent remote workflow management. I was hoping for a more reliable experience considering the cost and promises made. I do think there is potential if basic bugs get fixed and training adapts better to real-world use cases. For now, I’m stuck dealing with these day-to-day issues without adequate assistance.
