Training material was available, finding specifics was average

I found the training and onboarding materials provided by WFHI to be fairly accessible, but locating specific instructions or modules wasn’t always straightforward. The training content was organized into different sections, which helped me understand the overall process, but the search or navigation capability to pinpoint exactly what I needed at a particular moment could be improved. For instance, when I wanted to learn more about the database feature or how the dialer integrates with calling workflows, it took several attempts to find relevant tutorial parts. Despite this, the onboarding process prepared me adequately for the basics. The automatic updates and telephonic support worked as outlined, although I didn’t leverage the support heavily. The invoicing and payment steps were standard and didn’t add complexity. Overall, I would describe the ease of finding particular training information as neither particularly difficult nor especially intuitive. It was just usable enough to get the job done though with some extra time or patience required. My impression is that users who prefer clear signposting or more interactive help might find it lacking, but others can manage well enough without special issues.
