Training matched what I expected, nothing extra
The onboarding and training were pretty much what I expected going in—no surprises there. It covered the basics of software use and the database setup quickly, but didn’t dive much deeper than I had anticipated. The tutorials were clear and followed a logical structure, so I could use the tools well enough after the initial sessions. However, I found that it lacked some advanced tips I thought might be included. To put it simply for my friend, it’s straightforward training that gets the job done but doesn’t go the extra mile. I’d have preferred a little more detail on certain workflow automations, but otherwise it’s fine for beginners.
