Training matched the hours I actually work
I was a bit worried at first about whether the WFHI training sessions and onboarding would fit my actual working hours. In many places, training can be too rigid or not consider the times people are really available. But here, the scheduling was surprisingly adaptable. The recorded sessions allowed me to revisit parts when I had breaks rather than strictly fixed live times. While some sessions required logging in during office hours, it matched closely with when I was already online for my workday. This fitting made the whole experience less stressful and more manageable. Dialer features and database walkthroughs were paced in a way that suited the flow of my typical day, without extra pressure. Though I wasn’t expecting perfection, the alignment between training timing and realistic work hours was better than I had assumed. This made me more comfortable starting out since I didn’t feel forced into odd hours. So overall, the training met my expectations quite well for how I actually work.
