Training matched my working hours well, but better suited for fixed schedules

I found the training and onboarding program mostly aligned with the hours I actually work each day from home. The sessions and software usage timings were flexible enough to fit into my morning and afternoon workflow. On the other hand, sometimes the training modules assumed availability during specific time blocks which didn't always match my irregular, project-driven schedule. Also, the pace took some adjustment for me since I work best in shorter focused bursts rather than longer continuous slots. So while the overall structure is solid and useful for individuals with a more fixed routine, those like me who work in varied timings might find it somewhat less convenient. The database feature and calling tools introduced were helpful and could be accessed asynchronously, which balanced things out. Considering these aspects, I’d say this training suits professionals who can commit to predictable hours more than those needing full on-demand flexibility, but either way, it is worth exploring.
